The website guide answers common questions from our published service information. When AI chat is available, selecting Start AI chat allows the conversation text to be sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Recent messages are included for conversational context. We request that generated responses are not stored for retrieval through the API; OpenAI may retain data under its own security and service policies. MEPA does not save chat transcripts in a website database.
Chat replies are general information and may be inaccurate. Do not include patient information, confidential dossiers or sensitive personal information. For a product-specific discussion, use the contact form. Chat does not book appointments or submit enquiries on your behalf.
If you request personal guidance, we collect your email address, phone number and agreement to be contacted. These details are sent to our configured enquiry delivery provider so our team can respond. The invitation is optional and can be dismissed without affecting access to the website.
